♥ Unless stated otherwise, most pieces are one-off (no remakes)! This ensures that every creation is special and chances are you'll be the only one wearing these unique accessories!

♥ Very often, remakes are not possible at the time of listing due to the unavailability of materials. However, if you're interested in an item that has already been sold, do feel free to enquire! Sometimes, materials that had initially been sold out may be available at a future date. "Remakes" may also be available with slight variations.

♥ Fairytale Rose Accessories is based in Singapore, and all prices stated are in SGD.

♥ Clip-ons are available specially for those without pierced ears! If you would like the earhooks to be changed to clip-ons, simply add a note in your order.

♥ Earhooks can be changed to clip-ons for an additional $1.20 (duo set) or $1.80 (trio set).

♥ Please comment only if your order is confirmed. Those who withdraw their orders after commenting or fail to make payment by the stipulated deadline without good reason will subsequently be blacklisted with immediate effect.

2) Internet Banking (POSB/DBS only).
3) Paypal (for international buyers only).

♥ Normal local postage varies for each collection.

♥ Registered Mail is an additional $2.50 and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it guarantees that your item(s) reach you safely.

♥ Please understand that Fairytale Rose Accessories is not responsible for mails lost through normal postage. However, I will try my best to help you locate your mail should it get lost. A return address will be written on the back of all packages.

♥ Customization requests are accepted subject to the availability of materials and Fairytale Rose's workload at the time that the order is placed. Fairytale Rose reserves the right to decline customization orders.

♥ All purchases will be mailed within 3-4 working days from the day that payment is received.

♥ CARING FOR YOUR ACCESSORIES ♥
♥ As all the accessories featured on Fairytale Rose Accessories are handcrafted, please handle them with care as some pieces may be rather delicate.

♥ While all jewellery will tarnish over time, rest assured that rhodium-plated chains and earhooks have been used to slow down the oxidation process of the accessories.

♥ To prolong the lifespan of your accessories, do try to:
1) Refrain from spraying perfume onto them,

2) Avoid wearing them if you're sweating,

3) Keep them in the little air-tight ziplock bag provided after use.

♥ If well-taken care of, your accessories should last you a long time!
