♥ Very often, remakes are not possible at the time of listing due to the unavailability of materials. However, if you're interested in an item that has already been sold, do feel free to enquire! Sometimes, materials that had initially been sold out may be available at a future date. "Remakes" may also be available with slight variations.

♥ Customization requests are accepted subject to the availability of materials and Fairytale Rose's workload at the time that the order is placed. Fairytale Rose reserves the right to decline customization orders.

♥ As customized pieces are exclusive (absolutely no remakes!) and tailored for each individual, do understand that such creations will cost more.

♥ It will be very helpful if you have a clear and concrete idea of what you want. Drafts/drawings of what you have in mind are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED! =)

♥ By requesting for a customization, you have agreed to the following:
1) Upon confirmation of the design and after the item has been made, no more than 2 separate minor alteration requests are allowed. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged.

2) Upon confirmation, a customization request is a commitment to the item(s) that will be made specially for you. Buyers who abandon their customized order(s) after their item(s) have been made will be blacklisted.

3) If a draft/drawing is not provided, you agree to trust Fairytale Rose's designing decisions.

4) If you would like particular materials to be imported specially for your customization item(s), do be prepared to bear the costs of these materials plus shipping. Also, please be prepared to wait up to 2-4 weeks for the imported materials to arrive. In such a case, a deposit must be made before the order will be placed for you (amount will be advised).

5) During the designing process, all input and suggestions by you will be respected and adhered to as much as possible. However, if some suggestions are not feasible (e.g. due to inavailability of materials), your understanding will be most appreciated.

6) All promotions and discounts are not applicable to customization orders.

♥ All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

♥ All purchases will be mailed within 3-4 working days from the day that payment is received.

♥ Fairytale Rose Accessories will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during mailing. All items will be carefully protected and sealed before mailing.

♥ No meet-ups are available at the moment.

♥ All designs are the creative property of Fairytale Rose Accessories.

♥ As all the accessories featured on Fairytale Rose Accessories are handcrafted, please handle them with care as some pieces may be rather delicate.

♥ While all jewellery will tarnish over time, rest assured that I have used 14k gold-plated chains and earhooks to slow down the oxidation process of the accessories.

♥ To prolong the lifespan of your accessories, do try to:
1) Refrain from spraying perfume onto them,

2) Avoid wearing them if you're sweating,

3) Keep them in the little air-tight ziplock bag provided after use.

♥ If well-taken care of, your accessories should last you a long time!
